The European Central Bank concluded its final policy meeting for the year on Thursday of this week.  President, Mario Draghi, announced the bank will be extending its bond buying program that was set to end in March through 2017 though at a slower 60 billion Euros starting in April per month rather than 80 billion.

Each broad U.S. stock index finished the week at record highs as the market digested the ECB policy meeting comments and the post election rally picked up steam again.  Since the election the U.S. small company stock index has performed the best while the Dow Jones has closed at 14 record highs and the S&P 500 has risen to 7 highs.
